Formation of The Holloway Consulting Group
HCG was formed in 1997 to provide services simultaneously in construction disputes and claims; construction defects; contractor/construction manager standard of care; design professional liability; construction insurance; surety claims; cost audits and accounting; government contract disputes; along with construction advisory and management services.
Prior to forming HCG, Mr. Holloway was a partner and vice president in the Denver office of Navigant Consulting, a multi-practice area international consulting firm. He has worked and consulted in contract disputes; analyzed entitlement, causation, and damages issues, and participated in mediation; provided fact and expert witness testimony in arbitration and litigation; and has been certified as an expert before various courts and panels.
Steve has lectured and spoken before the AGC, ABC, CLE, Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, Colorado Bar Association, Denver Bar Association, Construction Super Conference and other industry groups on engineering, construction contracts, and construction financial topics.
